Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, focusing on crisis intervention, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication management.

• Document all interactions and treatment actions in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all clinical records.

• Utilize established evidence-based screening tools and methodologies to evaluate client progress and outcomes.

• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective positive behavior support plans, ensuring alignment with best practices in mental health care.

• Participate in ongoing licensing and accreditation processes to maintain the integrity and quality of our services.

• Act as a liaison between clients and community resources, including state agencies, to ensure access to comprehensive care and support.

• Promote the agency’s mission and values through active community engagement, collaboration with stakeholders, and attendance at relevant meetings and conferences.

• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, adapting to the evolving needs of our clients and organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with a diverse population of clients who present a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use, and behavioral disorders. Our approach is centered around individualized care, and you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients as you support them through their healing process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required to provide the foundational knowledge necessary for effective counseling.

• An independent LMHC license issued by the state of Washington is mandatory to practice in this role.
