Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Key Accounts Manager to oversee strategic relationships with major biopharmaceutical customers in the BioProduction Group. The role involves expanding customer partnerships, driving revenue growth through technology adoption, and coordinating cross-functional solutions in a remote position based in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

Manage and expand strategic relationships with key biopharmaceutical customers
Drive revenue growth through central initiatives and technology adoption programs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver coordinated customer solutions
Implement account plans and foster long-term partnerships
Travel regularly to client sites and industry events

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent experience
Minimum 8+ years in bioprocessing or life sciences sales
Proven success managing large strategic accounts in biopharma or CDMO environments
Strong technical knowledge of upstream and downstream bioprocessing
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities
Leadership experience preferred

Compensation: $143,900–$215,900 base, plus variable annual bonus
