Our remote work setting allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while providing therapy to clients from the comfort of your own space. The outpatient services model gives you flexibility in managing your schedule, which is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You will be part of a supportive team that engages in regular consultation and professional development opportunities, sharing knowledge and resources to enhance client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, tailoring your approach to each client’s unique needs.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and essential self-care practices to empower them on their recovery journey.

• Monitor client progress through regular assessments and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams of psychiatrists and medical professionals to ensure integrated care for clients.
