Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a caseload of youth clients, establishing rapport and positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to ethical guidelines.

• Conducting regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, stability, and treatment needs, preparing for transitions or discharge when appropriate.

• Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date client documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries.

• Conducting intake assessments to gauge initial client needs and develop appropriate treatment pathways.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
