Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and assessments to understand clients’ psychological needs and develop tailored interventions.

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy, utilizing evidence-based techniques to support students experiencing emotional distress, behavioral challenges, and interpersonal issues.

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to create holistic treatment plans and facilitate coordinated care.

• Develop crisis intervention strategies, including assessments for risk of self-harm or suicidal ideation, ensuring appropriate resources are mobilized swiftly.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes through secure electronic health record systems, adhering to compliance standards.

• Contribute to the formulation and implementation of clinical policies, ensuring best practices aligned with state regulations and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution, coupled with a current LCSW license in the state of Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n
