Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs and goals, regularly assessing progress and making necessary adjustments.

• Provide ongoing emotional support, guiding clients through various challenges such as trauma recovery, emotional distress, grief, anxiety, and relationship issues.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that promote community support, peer interaction, and shared experiences among clients.

• Participate in continual professional development through training and certification in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care, addiction, or grief counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
