Registered Nurse (RN) – Rehabilitation (Staff, Ongoing) – Saint Louis, Missouri. Job Responsibilities Promote patient- and family-centered care in a healing environment. Educate patients and their families on illness or injury management, post-treatment home-care needs, and medication administration. Participate in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Engage in professional development activities. Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, patients, families, and caregivers. Proactively plan and ensure communication of the care plan across the continuum of care. Use critical nursing skills to assess and evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs according to standards of care. Assess patient preferences and barriers to involvement in care, including values, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and population-specific needs. Minimum Requirements Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing. Experience: None required. Supervisor Experience: None required. License/Certification: Current RN license.
