Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health status using clinically validated tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5), ensuring culturally competent and diversified care strategies.

• Develop, implement, and maintain tailored treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families, addressing their specific needs and preferred outcomes, and modifying plans based on ongoing evaluations.

• Continuously monitor patient progress, employing evidence-based intervention strategies to enhance therapeutic outcomes and ensure adherence to the established plan of care.

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with other healthcare professionals, acting as a liaison to coordinate referrals and ensure comprehensive care pathways.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical documentation, treatment records, and reports using current technologies, adhering to regulatory standards and department protocols.
