Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments that encompass clients’ mental health histories, current concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide high-quality therapeutic interventions including individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans that reflect client goals and include appropriate interventions.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, to individuals in immediate need.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance community support and foster client engagement.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
