This position offers flexibility with a remote working arrangement, allowing our LCSW to engage with clients in various settings. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather vital information regarding clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to client needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, establishing concrete goals and specific interventions in collaboration with clients and their families.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated and holistic client care.

• Offer crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments, and creating safety plans for clients as needed.

• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation following ethical and legal standards to support client outcomes and organizational objectives.

• Lead group therapy sessions, conduct psychoeducational classes, and facilitate support groups to foster community and connection.

Qualifications\n

The compensation package for this role includes a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
