Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with measurable goals and tailored interventions that cater to each client's needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for all clients.

• Facilitate crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning as necessary to address urgent client needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
