Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments using structured questionnaires and personal interviews to gather comprehensive information about clients' mental health, strengths, and support systems.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions, as well as family and group therapy, employing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT).

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals and tailored interventions, revising them as necessary to accommodate clients' evolving needs.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals within a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.

• Provide urgent crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and devise safety plans for clients in acute distress, ensuring they receive prompt and effective support.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation programs that foster community support and enhance client interaction.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation in adherence to ethical, legal, and organizational standards, including treatment notes and progress evaluations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
