Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments that evaluate clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans with specific therapeutic goals and interventions tailored to each client’s needs.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated and coordinated client care.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and create risk assessment protocols for clients in need of immediate support.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation to comply with ethical standards, ensuring effective communication across treatment teams.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer:
