Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities include:

• Providing individual therapy sessions, working with both partners together and on an individual basis to address their unique challenges.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to facilitate communication and conflict resolution among family members.

• Conducting assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Specializing in areas such as addictions, grief and loss, family conflicts, job-related stress, and the dynamics of blended families.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive treatment for clients facing complex mental health issues.

• Documenting client progress and outcomes in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass a diverse array of clients, including adults and adolescents. You will address various issues such as:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• Valid and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Colorado.
