Vice President of Marketing

The Vice President of Marketing at Love Your Bath will oversee all marketing functions, including field marketing, telemarketing, digital marketing, and customer relationship management. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The VP of Marketing will lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve company objectives

• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across all channels
• Lead the marketing team in identifying new market opportunities and developing innovative marketing solutions
• Collaborate with the executive team to align marketing strategies with overall business goals
• Team Management

:Supervise the Marketing Department, including Field Marketing, Inside Sales (Telemarketing), Digital Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management teams

• Lead, mentor, and develop marketing managers and their teams
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all marketing functions
• Budget Management

:Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources

• Monitor and report on marketing expenditures, ensuring alignment with financial goals
• Performance Monitoring

:Establish and monitor performance metrics for all marketing activities

• Implement a performance management system, including regular reviews and feedback
• Address underperformance through coaching, Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), and other corrective actions
• Recognize and reward high-performing team members
• Market Research and Analysis

:Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape

• Utilize data and analytics to inform marketing strategies and decisions
• Prepare and present reports on marketing performance and insights to senior management

:Work closely with the Sales and Product Development teams to ensure alignment of strategies and goals

• Coordinate with other departments to support overall business objectives
• Foster strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors
• Brand Management

:Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity and messaging

• Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing channels and materials
• Develop strategies to enhance brand recognition and customer loyalty
• Qualification

s:Educatio n:Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
