You Are:

• ** EXPERIENCED: ** Previous Accounts Receivable experience required, preferred in construction or related industry
• ** EDUCATED: ** High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree or certificate in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
• KNOWLEDGEABLE: Intermediate software and MS Office experience, including extraction of data, analysis, and report generation; knowledge of Penta/OnBase/Citrix software preferred
• ** ANALYTICAL: ** Demonstrated ability to think critically, analyze, and problem solve to drive results
• ** ORGANIZED: ** Able to prioritize and follow up to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• ** A COMMUNICATOR: ** Effectively communicate verbally and written to varied levels of audiences

What you’ll do:

• ** ACCOUNTING FUNCTIONS: ** Fulfill accounts receivable functions including invoicing
• ** DOCUMENT: ** Maintain records of invoices and lien waivers
• ** CONTRACT MANAGEMENT: ** Retrieve contract signatures, complete necessary paperwork, collect contract information
• ** PROCESS: ** Set up jobs in database; Extract data and analyze reports from Penta software
• ** BUILD RELATIONSHIPS: ** Build positive vendor and customer relationships; collaborate with field personnel to ensure all necessary documentation is received
