Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to clients via telehealth platforms.

• Facilitate regular group sessions, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for discussion and healing.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all client interactions and treatment progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults dealing with mental health issues. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and face unique challenges, thus, fostering a safe and trusting environment is vital for effective therapy. By limiting group sizes to a maximum of 8 participants, you can build strong, therapeutic relationships that allow for profound healing and change.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent.

• Availability to commit between 12 to 40 hours per week, depending on the selected contract or W2 position.
\n
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills to support diverse client needs.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with adolescents and young adults in a mental health capacity.

• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and digital record-keeping systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
