Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic support through individual and group counseling sessions, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Actively advocate for clients, assisting them with accessing vital community resources, social services, and support systems that promote overall well-being.

• Deliver immediate crisis intervention using evidence-based techniques and practices to ensure client safety and stability during critical situations.

• Maintain diligent, accurate, and confidential records including treatment plans, progress notes, and case documentation that comply with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, partaking in regular case reviews to ensure integrated care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.

• Provide education and resources to clients concerning coping skills, effective communication strategies, and self-care practices to empower their recovery journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid LCSW licensure in the state of Kansas.
