Real Estate Attorney

Hancock Estabrook, LLP seeks an attorney with 3 + years of real estate experience to join our expanding Real Estate Practice Group at our Syracuse office. Candidates should have experience with transactional real estate, both residential and commercial, as well as lease negotiations, reviewing financing documents, and title examination and title insurance. The salary range for this position is $110,000 – $170,000 annually and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend upon a number of factors, including the candidate’s years of experience, qualifications, and skill set.
