Salary Range: $49,000 - $72,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with multiple companies in Byron Center seeking experienced Accounts Payable / Receivable Specialists. Key Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently for payment.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Generate and distribute customer invoices and statements, ensuring accuracy.
• Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on past-due invoices, and resolve payment issues.
• Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers.
• Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable and receivable files and records.
• Assist with month-end close procedures related to accounts payable and receivable.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable and receivable, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
