About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Strategic Partner Management for Group Insurance. This role is pivotal in enhancing the company's relationships with select strategic firms, producers, and distribution partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing these relationships at both regional and national levels, with a focus on ensuring strategic alignment. Key responsibilities include providing concierge-level support, coordinating across various contacts, and supporting local relationship strategies. The role also involves partnership processes, stewardship routines, and tracking supplemental compensation programs to drive business outcomes. Applicants must have a minimum of 7-10 years' of experience in senior roles related to relationship management, strategic partnerships, distribution, or sales enablement, and be comfortable using data to drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance and employee benefits brokerage industry, particularly in group insurance products and services. Essential skills for this position include relationship stewardship, a consultative approach, data and reporting discipline, negotiation support, excellent communication, and the ability to execute and coordinate across teams. The role requires a professional with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, who is adept at problem-solving, networking, and continuous improvement.
