Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients, analyzing their mental health statuses and identifying appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical analysis, collaborating closely with clients to tailor strategies that reflect their unique needs and goals.

• Provide a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy for individuals, couples, and families.

• Record and monitor progress meticulously in client files, ensuring that documentation meets state and ethical standards.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams, including other healthcare providers and specialists, to foster comprehensive treatment for clients and address co-occurring issues.

You will provide support to a diverse client base that includes individuals struggling with substance abuse, depression, anxiety, trauma, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
