Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, particularly in end-of-life care or hospice settings is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
