Accounts Payable Specialist (Temp-to-Perm) Location: Midtown Manhattan, NY (Hybrid - 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

- 1+ years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience
- SAP experience required
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs)
- Experience processing 300-400 invoices per week
- Strong communication skills with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work overtime during peak periods
- Process and track high-volume invoices with accuracy
- Pull, analyze, and format AP data from SAP for reporting and approvals
- Assist with weekly payment runs and cash reporting
- Review invoices for coding, approvals, and supporting documentation
- Resolve vendor payment inquiries and invoice discrepancies
- Support reconciliations, AP aging reports, month-end close, and accruals
- Maintain vendor records, including tax forms and banking information
- Provide support on ad hoc accounting and operational projects
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment
- Professional communication and customer service skills
