Key Responsibilities\n

• Create and implement personalized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring a comprehensive approach to their mental health.

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate therapeutic interventions and track client progress.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including other mental health providers, physicians, and support staff, to ensure seamless client care.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and data integrity.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops and staying current with advancements in mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Inner Care Health Center, you will work with a diverse clientele facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will involve ensuring that clients who have limited access to mental health resources receive the care and support they need to achieve optimal health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current, active, and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating expertise in therapeutic techniques.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to counseling practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of strong therapeutic relationships with clients from various backgrounds.
