Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnose mental health conditions as necessary, utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to inform treatment plans.

• Develop individualized care plans that reflect cultural sensitivity and address the unique needs of a diverse patient population, ensuring the incorporation of patient and family goals.

• Regularly evaluate patient progress and modify treatment strategies as needed to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records, adhering to regulatory standards and department protocols using the latest healthcare technology.

• Coordinate referrals and collaborate effectively with other treatment providers to facilitate comprehensive patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
