We are particularly looking for someone with expertise in mood disorders who can manage and support patients dealing with conditions such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related disorders.

Work Environment\n

This role will primarily be remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. As part of a community health clinic, you will have access to a robust support system, including ongoing supervision and peer collaboration. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evenings and weekends on a rotational basis to accommodate client needs. This position provides a unique opportunity to engage with clients across various settings, utilizing telehealth technology to ensure continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, particularly assessing the severity and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with each client, tailoring approaches to meet their unique challenges and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate patient healing and growth.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies, empowering them in their recovery journey.

• Monitor clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring responsiveness to client feedback and outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to provide integrated care and address all aspects of patient health.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Two years of post-licensure experience specifically dealing with mood disorders is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The offered salary for this unique position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and commitment to superior patient care. In addition, we provide a sign-on bonus as an incentive to join our team.
