Crossmint also powers the Republic of the Marshall Islands' first digital UBI program, backs MoneyGram's new stablecoin cross-border experience launching in LATAM, and recently partnered with WireX to expand multichain stablecoin payment infrastructure to non-EVM networks like Stellar.

$120,000 - $170,000
Note: Final level and compensation are determined during the interview process based on experience and fit.
About the Role
You will own the full cycle across Crossmint's fintech vertical, from sourcing and outbound through close and expansion.
The edge you bring is the ability to walk into a room with a Head of Product, a compliance officer, or a CTO and earn their trust in the first thirty minutes because you actually understand what they are building and what it will take to make it work.
About You
Your background is probably not a straight line through sales. Maybe you spent time in consulting, in ops, or on the technical side before moving into GTM. You think in systems, ask better questions than most AEs, and know how to turn a complex deal into a concrete implementation plan. This translates into:
- 5+ years of experience across GTM, consulting, operations, or technical roles, with meaningful time spent in fintech, payments, or crypto infrastructure.
- You may have started in consulting, product, engineering, or ops before moving into sales or BD. That non-linear path is a genuine advantage here.
- Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals in regulated or technical environments.
You know the space
- Deep understanding of stablecoins, payment rails, wallets, and compliance constraints. Not surface-level familiarity: the kind that lets you push back on a prospect's architecture assumptions and be right.
- Existing network across fintech founders, operators, or decision-makers is a strong plus.
- You follow the ecosystem closely and can identify opportunities before they surface in inbound.
You think before you pitch
- You run discovery like a consultant: structured, hypothesis-driven, and focused on understanding the real problem before proposing anything.
- Comfortable engaging engineers, product leads, and compliance teams in their own language.
- Able to dive into APIs, integration architecture, and technical tradeoffs to move deals forward, not just escalate to a solutions engineer.
You execute with ownership
- Self-directed and outcome-oriented. You do not need process handed to you.
- Uses modern tooling and AI to scale research, outbound, follow-ups, and deal execution without sacrificing quality.
- Trusted cross-functional partner to product, engineering, marketing, and leadership.
