Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing, adapting interventions as necessary to optimize patient engagement and comfort.

• Design comprehensive treatment plans that establish measurable goals and regularly monitor client progress throughout their hospice journey.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, ensuring seamless care coordination and holistic treatment approaches.

• Respond to crisis situations with effective intervention strategies, conducting risk assessments and creating appropriate safety plans.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
