Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will primarily work with patients receiving hospice services, which includes a diverse demographic representing various ages, cultural backgrounds, and psychological needs. Understanding the complexities of grief, loss, and end-of-life issues, you will provide empathetic support while facilitating therapeutic interventions that enhance the quality of life for these individuals and their families.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active and current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
