Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize psychotherapeutic techniques and evidence-based interventions to address the emotional and behavioral disorders presented by individuals and families.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, developing individualized treatment plans that include discharge recommendations.

• Lead individual, group, or family therapy sessions appropriate to the treatment needs of your clients.

• Update and revise treatment plans regularly based on ongoing evaluations and new information, ensuring continuity of care.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions following organizational and professional standards, with timely updates as required.

• Manage an assigned caseload, actively participating in treatment team meetings to collaborate on care plans.

• Ensure patient safety remains a priority, addressing and resolving client concerns or complaints promptly.

• Engage in other duties and responsibilities as assigned to further departmental goals.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related Human Services field is required.

• Valid state or national licensure as a professional therapy provider is mandatory, with candidates expected to hold licenses such as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• Experience in providing therapeutic services to a broad demographic, including children, adolescents, and adults, is highly desired.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, along with an attractive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid parental leave.
