Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and provide short-term psychotherapy and group therapy tailored to the unique needs of a diverse student population.

• Offer consultations and recommendations for counseling needs, ensuring that students receive appropriate resources and support.

• Plan, organize, and conduct outreach activities aimed at increasing mental health awareness and accessibility within the school community.

• Engage in ongoing training and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in the field of social work.

• Deliver crisis assessment and intervention services when necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of students in distress.

• Maintain rigorous adherence to legal and ethical standards in all aspects of clinical practice.

• Assess suicidal risk and, when indicated, facilitate arrangements for hospitalization while developing and implementing effective treatment plans that may include referrals for long-term care.

• Utilize digital communication tools to perform both in-person and remote therapy sessions, adapting to the needs of students and families to provide them with the best care possible.

Your primary focus will be on serving a diverse adolescent and college-age population, addressing their multifaceted mental health needs. You will work closely with students experiencing challenges related to academic pressure, social dynamics, mental health disorders, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credentials, with willingness to consider fully licensed LMHC candidates.

• At least 3 years of post-master's clinical experience, particularly in case management and providing mental health support.

Compensation and Benefits\n
