Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions for individuals and groups, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing to create an effective therapeutic alliance.

• Document client progress through detailed notes and assessments, using our electronic health record (EHR) system to maintain accurate records that adhere to legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and physicians, developing seamless care plans for clients who may need to transition between outpatient and inpatient services, ensuring continuity and comprehensive treatment.

• Provide support and education to family members, offering them resources and coping strategies to aid in the recovery process of their loved ones.
\n
• Facilitate community resources and support programs, connecting clients with additional services such as job training, housing assistance, and support groups.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with diverse populations, including adults and families facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. A crucial component of this role is to ensure that clients receive personalized treatment that reflects their cultural backgrounds and individual experiences, promoting effective recovery pathways.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in Washington State.

• Demonstrated ability in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and developing treatment plans based on best practices.

• Exemplary communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with clients and interdisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes:
