Land Rover Scarborough is looking to add a part-time Administrative & Accounting Assistant to our team! The ideal candidate is energetic, enthusiastic and efficient with a positive outlook. Prior Dealership and Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred but not required. We will be happy to train the right person.

What We Offer:

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and direct them accordingly. Greet customers, locate salespeople.
• Daily work of balancing credit cards, checks, and cash from all departments.
• Prepare daily mail/UPS mailings. Disperse mail to departments accordingly.
• Keep petty cash/receipts and replenish as needed.
• Stock in and posting new and used vehicles.
• Daily scanning of repair orders
• Posting dealer swaps
• Complete gas slips for service and salespeople. Post gas receipts to proper accounts.
• Prepare cash receipts for Accounts Receivables and post.
• Oversee title and vehicle schedules
• Ordering supplies

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• People focused and strives to provide great customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Proficient computer skills preferred
• Valid and current Driver's License with ability to maintain a good driving record
