Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including mental health evaluations and intake interviews, to understand clients' concerns and develop appropriate clinical diagnoses.

• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the unique goals and circumstances of each client, utilizing therapeutic modalities that best suit their needs, such as CBT or DBT.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions via telehealth, addressing a variety of mental health issues and encouraging clients to share and navigate their experiences in a safe environment.

• Provide crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute distress, using effective de-escalation techniques and crisis management strategies to ensure their safety.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment documentation, progress notes, and assessment results, in compliance with ethical standards and HIPAA regulations.

• Engage with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a cohesive approach to client care and treatment objectives.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health concerns, available resources, and treatment options, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
