Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health conditions to craft individualized and effective treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to provide engaging therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care, ensuring that all aspects of a client's mental health are monitored and addressed.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, using your training to offer effective support and stabilization techniques.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives, workshops, and educational events to foster mental health awareness and tackle the stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on serving a diverse client population, inclusive of various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will be responsible for developing rapport with clients who may present with a wide range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Your ability to cultivate trust and provide culturally competent care will play a crucial role in client satisfaction and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A current and independent license is required in one of the following areas: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated by the ability to establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Cultural competence is essential, with an understanding of how factors such as ethnicity, culture, and socioeconomic status influence mental health.

• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, particularly in maintaining accurate clinical documentation and treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
