Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices. Develop personalized treatment plans that are tailored to each client’s specific needs and circumstances, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to equip clients with effective coping strategies. Your empathetic approach will foster resilience and hope as clients work towards improved mental health.

• Maintain accurate, thorough, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements, ensuring that all patient records are securely handled and reflect a high standard of care.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to create and deliver comprehensive care that addresses the multifaceted needs of our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population encompassing individuals from various backgrounds, each facing unique mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State.
