Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students or interns, ensuring their guided development towards fulfilling their clinical program requirements.

• Deliver effective psychotherapy services tailored to the needs of individuals, couples, and families, using evidence-based therapeutic methods.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, community organizations, and agencies to create comprehensive treatment plans for clients.

• Contribute to the assessment, development, and implementation of individualized treatment plans that align with our clients' specific goals.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date client documentation and records in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• Current and valid state license, such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• Proof of professional liability insurance to practice in California.
\n
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

We highly value individuals who have prior experience providing mentoring or supervision to interns or students in a clinical setting, as well as those who have utilized telehealth methodologies previously. Familiarity with diverse therapeutic modalities and cultural competence to work with a broad range of clients will be advantageous.

• Competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, complemented by an attractive sign-on bonus of $3,000.
