Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary duties will encompass a broad spectrum of assessment, intervention, and collaboration:

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, aligning therapeutic interventions with their personal goals and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on clients who are dealing with mood disorders, including anxiety, depression, and other related emotional difficulties. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• A master's degree in a relevant mental health field such as Marriage Family Therapy or Social Work.

• Strong understanding of professional ethics and California law regarding mental health practice.

• Evidence of a background check clearance through the FBI and DOJ.

• A current Tuberculosis (TB) test completed within the last six months.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of three years of relevant experience is required, candidates with previous experience managing learning disabilities, behavioral issues, and social/emotional disorders will be highly valued. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and methodologies will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
