Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records, documenting progress notes and treatment outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Utilize various therapeutic methodologies and incorporate necessary interventions that address clients’ specific concerns.

• Engage in professional development by participating in ongoing training and workshops to expand knowledge and skills.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic treatment options for clients, including referrals to specialists when necessary.

• Contribute to the clinic’s overall operations by participating in staff meetings, sharing insights, and discussing case management strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse client demographic, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and valid Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania, with a track record of maintaining good standing.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
