Sales Development Representative

We're looking for a full-time Sales Development Representative to help our client build a repeatable outbound engine and turn promising prospects and leads into qualified sales conversations that can become customers. You'll research the right companies and people, reach out with thoughtful, personalized messaging, and create momentum toward product demos. This is a remote role with meaningful ownership. You'll work closely with a small, fast-moving team, learn what resonates with buyers, and help shape how our client goes to market. We're looking for someone energized by starting conversations and creating opportunitiesresourceful, persistent, low-ego, and dependable. You take ownership of your pipeline, communicate clearly, learn from feedback, and keep going when the first message doesn't get a response.

Responsibilities

• Research target accounts and contacts, build high-quality prospect lists, and identify the strongest opportunities for outreach.
• Run personalized outbound across LinkedIn and cold email, and use phone calls when they can help open or advance a conversation.
• Follow up consistently with inbound and outbound leads, qualify interest and fit, handle early questions, and book product demos for the team.
• Keep outreach and pipeline activity organized, track what is working, and share feedback that improves messaging, targeting, and the broader sales motion.

• Comfort starting conversations with new people across LinkedIn, email, and phone.
• Persistence and resilience, with the judgment to follow up thoughtfully without sounding generic or pushy.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with reliable follow-through on every lead and next step.
• Curiosity, coachability, and excitement to learn a technical product, understand customer pain points, and improve quickly.
