Fi’s Knowledge Management team is seeking a Content Specialist to own Fi’s knowledge base for internal agents and member-facing platforms. You’ll craft clear, scannable content from complex policies and work with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Ops to keep docs aligned with a fast-moving product. You’ll write, edit, and maintain KB articles, create agent enablement guides, and drive content governance across Zendesk/Jira workflows, aiming to improve first-contact resolution and user #J-18808-Ljbffr Fi
