Key Responsibilities\n

• Lead and support a team of multidisciplinary mental health professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive working atmosphere.

• Provide direct counseling and psychotherapy to clients, ensuring that every treatment plan is individualized to meet their unique needs.

• Supervise and mentor junior staff and interns, offering clinical supervision and guidance to enhance professional development.

• Oversee administrative functions related to therapy sessions, including documentation, billing, and compliance with telehealth regulations.

• Participate in continuous education and training opportunities to stay current with LMFT/LCSW/LPC requirements and evolve as a mental health leader.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals grappling with mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will be instrumental in facilitating therapeutic conversations that address issues related to addiction, homelessness, PTSD, and other co-occurring disorders. Your expertise will support clients in navigating their recovery journeys and help them build a foundation for long-term wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC is essential, with up-to-date supervision guidelines and continuing education requirements.

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing mental health counseling and crisis management is necessary.

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in addiction counseling and its influence on mental health treatment are critical.
