Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and concerns.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide clients towards achieving their mental health goals.

• Empower clients by providing them with coping strategies and techniques to manage their conditions effectively.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care where necessary.

• Document all sessions accurately in EHR systems, maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to enhance treatment approaches and share insights.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will have experience working with a diverse range of clients, including adults and possibly adolescents, facing various mental health challenges. Our clients often present conditions such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, PTSD, and issues related to substance use. A strong understanding of cultural factors affecting treatment, along with the ability to work effectively with individuals from varied backgrounds, will be critical to your success in this role.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
