Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations to establish clients' mental health needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based practices and cater to the unique dynamics of each client.

• Facilitate ongoing individual therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and family systems therapy.

• Monitor client progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to therapeutic approaches based on client feedback and clinical observations.

• Engage in regular consultations with colleagues and supervisors to foster a collaborative approach to client care, ensuring adherence to best practices.

• Ensure thorough and timely documentation of all clinical interactions and treatment details in compliance with California laws and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including individuals from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, those coping with trauma, and families navigating complex relational dynamics. Qualifications\n

• Valid and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of California.

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field.

• At least two years of clinical experience post-licensure is preferred; however, newly licensed clinicians exhibiting strong potential are encouraged to apply.

• Familiarity with DSM-5, trauma-informed care principles, and culturally responsive therapeutic practices.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interactions with clients and team members.

• A demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary setting.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems or a willingness to learn.

Compensation and Benefits\n
