Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will play a critical role in our outpatient treatment center for young adults. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating dynamic group therapy sessions that promote meaningful connections and shared experiences among clients.

• Providing individualized therapy that addresses the unique needs of each client, helping them explore their thoughts and emotions while developing effective coping strategies.

• Collaborating with clients to create tailored treatment plans that set clear, achievable goals aligned with their specific challenges and aspirations.

• Monitoring and assessing client progress through various evaluation tools and gathering feedback to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are facing mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in providing compassionate care as these individuals navigate significant life transitions. The diverse backgrounds and experiences of our clients enrich the therapeutic environment, allowing for vibrant group and individual sessions that foster personal growth and healing.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your expertise and commitment, Boulevard Psychiatry & Counseling LLC offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
