Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments to accurately diagnose mental health conditions in patients.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that govern medication management, including monitoring the effectiveness and addressing any side effects of prescribed medications.
• Collaborate seamlessly with primary care providers, specialists, and other team members to create a tailored, integrated care approach.
• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support to patients experiencing acute mental health challenges.
• Engage in community outreach efforts, leading educational initiatives to raise awareness about mental health and available resources.
• Deliver therapeutic support through individual counseling sessions and psychoeducational workshops to empower patients on their healing journeys.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring secure management of sensitive information.
