Description - What You'll Do

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical lab tests-chemical, hematological, immunological, and various others-following established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for precision, address errors effectively, and perform necessary preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Support the specimen collection process and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, facilitate training for new hires or students, and uphold rigorous lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment, strictly adhering to regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) should be obtained within one year of employment.
• Client must maintain current certifications throughout their tenure.
