Position: Salesforce QA Lead with SOC/Audit Experience

Duration:6-12 Months

Location: 100% Remote

GC and USC only

What will this person be doing on a day-to-day basis? What are the main objectives for this role?

• • Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to approximately 7 QA resources.
  • Help organize priorities and ensure QA work is progressing and being completed.
  • Provide guidance and support when individuals or teams are struggling.
  • Lead by example and remain hands-on with QA and systems.
  • Follow up on work and hold the team accountable for deliverables.
  • Support Salesforce as well as other projects across the organization.
  • May assist with SOC auditing and audit responses.
  • Formal performance reviews will remain with Rick.

Must have requirements:

• • Strong QA leadership/QA Lead experience.
  • Salesforce experience is highly preferred and more important than SOC/audit experience .
  • Strong manual QA and system-testing background.
  • Experience working in an environment with test automation.
  • Ability to write tests/test cases that can eventually be automated; does not need to personally develop the automation.
  • Strong ownership, organization, and follow-through.
  • Ability to lead by example and hold QA resources accountable.
  • SOC/audit and audit-response experience is beneficial.
