Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs, utilizing various validated tools and methodologies to develop individualized, actionable treatment plans.

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy tailored to individual, couple, and family dynamics.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure integrated care pathways, sharing insights and coordinating efforts to enhance client outcomes.

• Deliver crisis intervention strategies effectively, working with clients faced with acute mental health emergencies, providing reassurance, and guiding them toward appropriate resources.

Qualifications\n
